Firstly, I had my household goods packed by a different moving company with a nightmare experience that would take me hours to explain. I researched and got Granero to take over from them. I had my household goods moved and stored in Florida with them, while I was relocating to Portugal. After 18 months, I decided to instead get them delivered to a second apartment in New Jersey. During this entire period, the entire team was helpful, professional and responsive. I finally received my move today and the process was seamless. The crew were on time, professional, organized and methodical, polite and very efficient. Not one single item was damaged - not even light bulbs packed in floor lamps. Vanessa Jalaim and Valeria Valeria Kleinubing are outstanding. Highly recommend!
